M: group strength and 40 minute yin session on stretching the psoas/hip flexors
T: nada. Spent most of the day in the car.
W: running intervals for 30 minutes plus 30 minutes of yoga. And a home strength workout, 30 minutes too.
Th: running intervals for 30 minutes plus 30 minutes of yoga.
F: group strength and yoga
S: running intervals for 30 minutes, yoga for runners
