Tuesday - was going to run, but had too much school work. Yoga instead.
Wednesday - more yoga!
Thursday - running and yoga stretching
Friday - more yoga? Can't do to fitness classes due to a conflict
Saturday - yoga...
Sunday - running and yoga stretching

Yoga is seriously the best thing in my life. I'd be lost/unhappy without it. It makes all the other things I do in my life (exercise and otherwise) better. I highly recommend the Yoga Studio app if you don't have time for an actual class (and have enough yoga background to have a clue to do it without an instructor). It has classes from 5-60 minutes long and at all levels of ability.

Have to shared ran a 10 mile race in Long Beach, CA this Sunday.
Finished 3rd in my age group 50 - 55 years of age
1:29 that is a PR for me 10 miles under a 9 min mile average... it was awesome
Monday - 1 hr trainer
Tuesday 4.5 mile run
Wednesday - 5 mile run, 1 hr trainer
Thursday - 5 mile run, 1 hr trainer
Friday - 5 mile run, 1 hr trainer
Saturday - Rest
Sunday 8 mile hill run
