Tues. - Ankle Weights (P.T. Knees) Goal met: (Bike 46' , 20' upper body strength training)
Wed. - Walking + Bike
Thurs. - Ankle Weights, Bike
Fri. - Walking, Possibly Elliptical
Sat. - Walking
Sun. - Rest

Wednesday - yoga
Thursday - long run, yoga stretching
Friday - hopefully fitness classes, depends on how demanding the house guests are
Saturday - Women's March on Washington, yoga
Sunday - run if I can move, yoga stretching
