Weird week here due to the holiday.  My fitness class location is closed, not that I've been on the ball with attendance anyway.  Due to my cardiologist's advice, I'm going to try to incorporate upper body work into my lifestyle.  So... we'll see how that goes.  

Monday - pushups
Tuesday - running, yoga stretching
Wednesday - pushups
Thursday - running, yoga stretching
Friday - pushups, hopefully a nice walk with my mom!
Saturday - running, yoga stretching, walk with mom!
Sunday - CLIMBZONE!

Well I guess I have the rest of the week left? 

Today -  45minutes swimming with a kickboard ( and I am so slow and out of shape!!!)

30 minutes this morning on the treadmill 

30 minutes on the stationary bike

Tonight- I am hoping to jog 8 miles in the dark with my headlamp- should be fun except for the cars and traffic :) 

Weds:  

5:00am - Swimming/Stationary Bike/Treadmill

Weds Night  - Yoga 1 hour

Thursday -

5:00am Swimming   10k Turkey Trot  thursday morning

Friday 

Swimming/Stationary Bike / Treadmill 

Saturday

Swimming / Stationary Bike/ Treadmill -   Either a long run 8 miles or maybe I will get o ride my bike 

Sunday:

Swimming/Stationary Bike /Treadmill    Long Run or Bike

at least these are my goals.   I am taking Swim Lessons at the YMCA - It seems to be very slow going, I have always considered myself a good swimmer. Until Now- now I realize I know nothing about swimming and have no endurance. My goal is to swim in a Sprint Triathlon in June 2017 750 meters is the minimum and I think that is a half mile.  I have a very long way to go.  Any tips advice, suggestions on how to improve my swimming and how to improve endurance.  It is funny when I get back in the water to swim I feel like I am as out of shape as I was a year ago when I weighed 337 , I can barely make it down the lane, I stop to breath every few feet. And of course in the rest of the pool people are swimming 3 or 4 or more laps for each lap I make. Swimming in a 25 meter pool and I think I need to make it 15 times without stopping. If you guys dont mind I will try to start posting here every week to stay motivated. Happy Thanksgiving!!
