2 weeks away from nov 5th Golden Gate Half Marathon.  Finished last long run yesterday.  10 miler best time yet.  

Monday- Rest Day

Tuesday- 5 mile run, 1 hour trainer

Wednesday- 4 mile run 1 hour trainer

Thursday 4 mile inclines, 1 hour trainer

Friday 6 mile inclines

Saturday, rest day

Sunday 8 mile beach run

Knee's a little beat up so I'm taking a break from the mountains.

Tuesday-6 mile run

Wednesday-5 mile run + bodyweight stuff

Thursday-6 mile run

Friday-bodyweight stuff

Saturday-12 mile run  Since this will be flat road stuff, I may pu**** up to 16-18.  Depends how I feel.
