Back at it.

Monday-rest.  Knee has been a little swollen lately and Achilles was barking from too much climbing.

Tuesday-5 mile run + new body weight workout

Wednesday-4 mile run

Thursday-5 mile run

Friday-Body weight workout

Saturday-12 mile trail run that will probably end up closer to 14

Sunday-5 mile run
