Tuesday - it's my 2-year followup with my surgeon, so I won't have time to exercise
Wednesday - pilates class
Thursday - running, yoga
Friday - rest prior to race
Saturday - 5k race!!
Sunday - yoga to recover

My trainer still wants me to recover for this week so things will be light for me than next week back to running get ready for my 21 k race

Monday- going to go for a nice bike ride and just enjoy the day. It is Thanksgiving day so traffic will be light

Friday rest

Saturday easy easy hour run see how the legs will feel
