Monday 70 minute run
Tuesday rest day
Wed 30 minute run
Thursday rest day
Friday 20 minute easy run
Saturday is the race 50k trail run. The nerves are bad right now. No matter how sore I am I will keep going. 8 to 9 hours long time
Sunday well deserve rest. well do some walking to help with the aches and pains
Some day I will start lifting weights again, but right now my body just wants yoga.
