I'm working on getting back into the groove, so I figured I'd start the post this week.
M - nothing planned
Tu - nothing planned
W - pilates class, yoga class
Th - nothing planned but maybe a walk with my mom!
F - ditto
Sa - ditto
Su - nothing planned
Okay, so my week's plan is pathetic :P But I've got to start somewhere, right? Next week I'll start back up with my 5k training plan.

Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170

I love this idea! You're right Gwen, hard to get going if you never get started. Oh and I'd love to walk with my Mom anyway of the week. It's about progress NOT perfection.

Hello All-
Great to see your workouts for the week!! Gwen, yours is not pathetic, you are doing the best you can!
I have been in a rut. Exercise has been more of a chore than a positive. I spoke with a friend who is very active running, biking, working out. He suggested I take a brief hiatus to "rest & recharge" I am doing that for the next week.
Our family is in NH for vacation so going to rest & relax for the week!!

Monday 60 minute swim
Tue 60 minute speed work, 30 minute strength training
Wed master swim but I may not get to it. I have a funeral in the afternoon and not sure if my dear husband wants to do something for my Birthday
Thursday
60 minute run with 4 hills repeat
Friday 30 minute strength training
Saturday 3 hours and 15 minute run
Sunday bike ride or rest not sure yet
Did my classes today and feel GREAT. Yay!
