21 Day Fix
Yesterday was the day that I decided I needed to get serious about my pre-op stage. I had read that people who make changes prior to surgery are most likely to be successful.
I'm fortunate in that I really like exercise- I just don't do much very often. Since last November I've been following the 21 day fix off and on - more off than on actually. So as part of my commitment to make the most of this waiting game, I started again. Day 2 down, and in addition to the Facebook group I'm part of, I'm posting here for accountability.
