Think you're in shape? Oh my, I got my *ss handed to me at Orange Theory Fitness...
Ok not really, but it was an awesome workout. If you haven't heard of it, check it out (google it). No, I'm not selling anything or promoting it but it's sort of hard to explain. You wear heart rate monitors, work at your own level with others in a class, and do all kinds of cardio and weight training (while trying to push further than the fat burn zone)...etc. Very cool but boy am I sore today!!!

Yes it is $26 in the Boston area just to drop in. Even the $199 for 10 classes seems outrageous.

I joined OTF last month, and I'm totally in love. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth it for me. Why? Because I GO! And I stay motivated the whole time. Watching those splat points add up, seeing my progress reports on my tracking apps, it's all just so motivating to me. It's the first time I've EVER been excited about a gym membership.
In the end, the best exercise program for you is the one you'll stick with. If this isn't the thing for you, find what is. I'm just totally stoked that, for me, right now, this is perfect.
