Now that I am no longer training for a Marathon shifting training. Signed up for two Triathalons so focusing on flexibility and strength training.

Monday - rest day (did an Orange Theory Fitness class yesterday and then trampolined for 1 hour last night)!
Tues - 60 min step class (might do 60 min kickbox at night) - I am traveling (Boston) & I don't have much to do at night this week.
Wed - 4 mile run
Thurs - airport walking / rest day
Fri - 60 min Zumba
Sat - 60 min Step class
Sun - 60 min Zumba

Well you might have noticed no posting for me lately. I hurt my hamstring the being of May and still cannot run. So basically each and every week since then is
5 days of swimming. 45-1 hour over day
working with a trainer 1 hour. 3/4 days a week
I MISS RUNNING. ??
i habe a 1/2 marathon middle of June not sure if I will make it. But am going to try

Good luck on the tri's. I have no place to swim or I'd be real tempted to do those things, but then I would not because my ass hates bike seats.
