Considering training for a half marathon, advice please.
Hello - just started training for a Half Marathon in October 2016. I would like to find out the best training schedule. I am reading Hal Higdons Half Marathon and I am trying to jog 5 days per week and rest 2 days per week? Last week- Tues 3 miles Weds 4 miles Thursday 5 miles , sat and sunday 6 miles. Trying to do longer miles on the weekend. Any training tips greatly appreciated! - thanks!
