Weekly Workouts 5.9.16

I upgraded my Fit*****arge HR to the Blaze on Sunday and it's like so super awesome. It is more closely/accurately tracking my heart rate, sleep, and exercise. I like the automatic sensor it has because it's doing a great job of accurately picking up what I'm doing so far. For the moment, it's definitely my favorite toy. This week I am:
Sun: RPM/lift for an hour
Mon: same and walked in our neighborhood in the evening
Tues: lift 1.5 hrs. and climb stairs 30 min.
Wed: maybe a repeat of Tuesday (not sure yet) but hopefully an evening walk included
Thurs: RPM/lift for an hour
Fri: RPM/lift (unless I'm late for RPM and in that case I will just lift and climb stairs)
Sat: repeat of Friday unless I'm late to bike and I lift/climb
