You've started a new exercise routine, so your body may be holding onto water & won't let it go till it gets used to your new exercise routine.
Enjoy exercise for the health benefits, not for losing weight. I bike ride everyday but the scale doesn't change till I change my eating. Usually upping the dense protein & water while lowering the carbs & calories gets the scale moving.
Be patient, enjoy cross training & the feeling of being strong!
