Track your food. Measure your portions carefully (no guessing).

Successful sleevers seem to limit their calories to 800 and carbs to 40.

You've started a new exercise routine, so your body may be holding onto water & won't let it go till it gets used to your new exercise routine.

Enjoy exercise for the health benefits, not for losing weight. I bike ride everyday but the scale doesn't change till I change my eating. Usually upping the dense protein & water while lowering the carbs & calories gets the scale moving.

Be patient, enjoy cross training & the feeling of being strong!

PS Muscle weighs more than fat...You may be gaining muscle!!  Again as others have said...Check your clothes/measurements.
