Thursday-6x1 minute hill repeats with warm up and cool down should total 4 miles

Saturday-12 mile trail run

Sunday-5 mile trail run

Monday 4/25 stationary bike 50 minutes  & walked 4 miles

Tues 4/26 treadmill 48 minutes/3 miles

Weds 4/27 treadmill 48 min/ 3 miles

Thursday  4/28 6 mile walk depending on weather NFL draft

Friday ? Not sure 

Saturday  4/30 scheduled 3.5 hilly strenuous trail hike wit local hiking group 

i would like to find time to fit in a bike ride this week  :)
