Mon - rest (I just had a cortisone shot to the knee)...ummmm, OUCH :-(

Tues - 60 min strength/weights class

Wed - 75 min Zumba class

Thurs - 4 mile run (may rest instead, 5K this weekend)

Fri - 60 mins Zumba

Sat - 5K with my daughter

Sun - 60 min Zumba class
