Yup, my knee pain is annoying as heck! UGH. At least it doesn't bother me with other exercises, only downhill running. Feel better.

Thurs - 4 mile run (my knee still hurts going downhill, seeing orthopedist tomorrow)
Fri - 60 min Zumba
Sat - 60 min step
Sun - 60 min step
need to fit in a rest day this week :-)
