Pain radiating down leg when sitting
I can't do adduction or abduction exercises because the pain radiates down my leg on the side I am working. This avoidance may have weakened muscles which have contributed to the problem.
Since losing my weight I have found sitting for over an hour, even on the padded seat of my car, causes the same radiating pain. I now have no butt, hence no padding.
I have questions:
- Has anyone else experienced pain while sitting, which radiates down the outer thigh?
- If so, did a butt enhancement where fat from another part of the body is injected into the buttock area alleviate the problem?
- If you have this problem and a flat butt, what has worked for you?
Thank you in advance for your help.
I had/have that issue except I would be concerned about the radiating pain. I had radiating pain down my legs and needed 2 back surgeries to fix a compressed nerve.
The pain got better 3-4 yrs after surgery.
I did have some butt augmentation and I can't say it helped all that much.
