Hey what's up? I think its great you are reaching out to the community for an exercise challenge. Studies has shown when people have a partner or have someone who they are counting on or competing against both parties tend to be more active than they normally would. It's so many people who need just a little extra push which your challenge would be perfect. You can motivate, encourage and challenge each other to not miss days and to put forth more or maximum effort and you feel you are not alone on this exercise journey. Seems like you are getting some people to take you up on the challenge.

Don't know what kind of exercise program you guys will be doing but here is a post I wrote on how important it is to not skip the warm up before exercising. I think it will help you in your exercise program. I wish you much success.
