Weekly Workouts 3.27.16
Gonna try yoga on my rest days for some flexibility and stability. I really hate the way they talk on the DVDs but I finished it this morning at felt pretty good. Figure I can "tough" it out for 30 minutes, twice a week.
Monday-Yoga
Tuesday-4 mile run
Wednesday-5 mile run
Thursday-6 mile run
Friday-Yoga
Saturday-6 mile trail run
Sunday-rest

Just starting out with the exercise, but I have a plan this week, so here goes:
Sunday: rest - 3 mile walk with family
Monday: 60 minute cross training, 1 mile walk/run
Tuesday: 60 minute cross training, 3 mile walk/run
Wednesday: 60 minute cross training, 1 mile walk/run
Thursday: 60 minute cross training, 3 mile walk/run
Friday: 60 minutes cross training
Saturday: 3 mile run to train for 5K next Sunday
I plan to hit the gym everyday this week unless my husband gets called out of town then the cross training is scrapped as I won't have a babysitter to watch my kids.
Sunday - rest day
Monday - airport walking/travel day
Tuesday - 60 min step class (lunch time) 60 min kickbox (evening)
Wednesday - 4 mile run & weights
Thursday - 60 min Zumba
Friday - 60 min step class
Saturday - 4 mile run

Thursday: 5 mile run, 1 hour trainer
Friday: 1 hour trainer
Saturday: rest day
Sunday; Long beach run.
