Monday: c25k- Week 5 day 3. This is kind of a redo- I ran on friday and the app stopped so I didn't get to 'count' it against my app
T: Yoga dvd/bike
W: bike ride
Th: its my 15 year wedding anniv so will be eating out for dinner and likely not exercising!
F: Jog week 6, day 1
S:bike ride/yoga

Great job on the half! Feeling good is the best part.
Time to get back to training. Was nice to have a couple weeks rest, but my legs are getting antsy.
