This week is a bunch of light stuff. Ramping it back up starting next week. Really want to get into yoga for stability and stretching but there is something about those dvds. I can't make it more than a few minutes. Not because it's hard, but because I hate they way they talk. Oh well. Lots of core work and hip stability exercises.
