Weekly Workouts 3.6.16
So i was lucky enough to get on long term jury duty. 10-12 week case, I am happy not to be making my normal 2 hour drive to and from work but will miss working out with my trainer. Jury Duty is Monday-Wednesday so will see my trainer on Thursday only. So i will be using my court lunch hour to do my training myself. Wish me luck people.
Sunday: 8 mile dread mill run. was raining outside today
Monday: body pump, trainer, 4 mile run
Tuesday 4 mile run, training
Wednesday 4 mile run training body pump
Thursday 4 mile run, training
Friday: 5 mile hill run,
Saturday rest
Sunday: 9 mile beach run
training for 1/2 marathon in June. 2/20/16 Diva half marathon 2:14 PR

Wow, I'd be conflicted too. I'd love to be on a long term jury but it would be such a bummer trying to fit it in to my new lifestyle too. You've got this, Bon. Good luck! Excellent time on your Diva half. So impressive.

Case got settled today. so back to work i go tomorrow. So the good news can meet up with my trainer again. Bad news back to the 2 hour car drive. oh well always a give and take.

Didn't get to zumba last week- or rather the instructor didn't. Was quite grumpy about that.

Tuesday: ride bike
Wednesday: travel day possible walk/jog on treadmill in hotel
Thurs: c25k on treadmill in hotel or outside depending on time
Friday: travel day
