Is walking enough to lose the weight?

I love love love walking. It's the only exercise I do right now. For me it helps me mentally and I know it keeps my heart strong. But I know it does not help me lose weight. I only lose weight when I cut back my calories.

Do you have a fitness tracker? I love my fitbit.

Walking is interesting. You can walking as much as you like. But diet has its own place in maintaining the weight. You must take care of the food items that you eat every day. Choose only the healthy stuffs such as green vegetables, fruits, and Yogurt. I prefer Organic food for myself.
