Marathon week! It seems I live in a tub of ice trying to get this hip to be less dumb. Been tapering like a boss, now it's time to cram some bananas.
Monday-Rest and PT
Tuesday-3 mile run
Wednesday-2 mile run
Thursday-Travel. Depending on how much airport walking I do, may do a 2 mile jog.
Friday-Rest
Saturday-Marathon!
Sunday-Hopefully still be alive.
