Late, as always (if I even get here)...
M: Rpm/upper body & abs
T: Rpm/biceps & chest
W: 1 hr. mixed weights
TH: Rpm/squats & calves & leg press
F: RPM
S: depends if I make it to bike class on time...if not, then I lift for 1.5 hours and climb stairs for 30 min or maybe do my own RPM for an hour...just depends
Sun: RPM
