Weekly Workouts 2.14.16
I am having a very hard time getting into the rhythm of a routine this term. I've got intro to anatomy and physiology as a Saturday course (lecture and lab) for 5 hours and it's just really throwing a spanner in the works for my life. And snow isn't helping! Here's the schedule I hope to have, we'll see what happens. I've really been slacking off with the lifting, meditating, and balancing. Running, stretching, and fitness classes are great at least!
M: shoveling

W: pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class
Th: long run, stretching, lifting, meditation, balance
F: pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class, meditation, balance

Sun - 60 min Zumba
