Wednesday-5 Mile Run

Thursday-3 Mile Run

Friday-Off

Saturday- 7 mile run

Sunday-Spin

F: pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class, meditation, balance

This is the plan.  We'll see what actually happens thanks to the weather.  It's looking like it might start snowing again tomorrow night.  UGH.

Tuesday 4 mile run, trainer

Weds 4 mile run 

Thursday, 5 mile run trainer

Friday, rest

saturday 6 mile beach run,  (winding down for the half marathon on the 20th.

Got 3rd in my 5 mile race this weekend.  Fancy bronze medal and everything. 38 minutes flat.

 

Monday-rest

Tuesday-5 mile run

Wednesday-5 mile run

Thursday-5 mile run

Friday-rest

Saturday-20 mile run (last long run before tapering for the marathon!)

Sunday-golf

Well, I ran once last week, and my knee is bothering me again... :/ So here is what my plan is for this week:

Monday - spin class

Tuesday - 1 hour swim

Wednesday - weights

Thursday - 1 hour swim

Friday - dance class

Saturday and Sunday - walk/rest
