Weekly Workouts 1.25.16
Hi Everyone! I have been out of commission for a couple of weeks. My arthritis in my knee started acting up really bad, and I had to have some fluid removed and a steroid injection. It is starting to feel better, so I am going to start slow this week. :)
Monday - Elliptical
Tuesday - Swim
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - Swim
Friday - Walk/weights
Saturday and Sunday - going to see how I feel from the week
First time posting on this thread but working to increase by exercise now that I'm 1/2 way to goal. This may be a motivator! My goal is to get a minimum of 10,000 steps every day this week.
Monday - morning 2 mile walk (appx 15 minute mile)
Tuesday - morning 2 mile walk (appx 15 minute mile)
Wednesday - morning 2 mile walk (appx 15 minute mile)
Thursday - morning 2 mile walk (appx 15 minute mile), afternoon Zumba via YouTube
Friday - morning 2 mile walk (appx 15 minute mile), afternoon park walking/playing with nephews
Saturday - morning 3 mile walk
Sunday - morning 2 mile walk and bike ride

I had no idea I would be snowed in for the first few days of this week!
Monday: yoga
Tuesday: lifting
Wednesday: pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class
Thursday: half marathon training, yoga stretching
Friday: pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday/Sunday: some combination of half marathon training, yoga stretching, and lifting (New Rules of Lifting Fatloss 2)
My weekend will depend on the weather. Ideally I'd like to run outside on Sunday and, if I can, I'll run, stretch, and lift all on Sunday. But if I can't run outside on Sunday I'll need to run and stretch on Saturday and then lift on Sunday.
