Monday-Kettle Bell Class & Spin

Tuesday-3 Mile Run

Wednesday-4Mile Run

Thursday-3 Mile Run

Friday-Off

Signed up for my fourth half marathon in March so going to be going heavy on running for next few months. Training going great so far!!!

Life is still hectic due to my 2-week 3-credit college term, but last class is Wednesday and then I'll be able to get back to my usual routine!  I can't wait.  

Monday - unclear.  I haven't done anything yet which means it's unlikely that I will do anything.  Hopefully I'll motivate myself to go for a walk to get my steps in, since I didn't make my step goal yesterday due to nasty white stuff outside. 
Tuesday - half marathon training, stretching
Wednesday - a nice, long walk to get my steps in
Thursday - half marathon training, stretching
Friday - pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class (yay, I've missed my classes!!)
Saturday - half marathon training, stretching, lifting
Sunday - yoga and a nice, long walk to get my steps in

Fri - 60 min Zumba

Sat - 60 min step class

Ok don't hate me but in Hawaii for the week.  So lots of extra walking and hiking.  

 

Monday.  5 mile run.  Body toning 

Tuesday.  5 mile run.  Body toning, hike

wed, rest day from running, hike diamond head

thursday. 5 mile run

friday. 5 mile run

saturday.  8 mile run

sunday.  Back home I go.
