Weekly Workouts Week of 1.18.16
Life is still hectic due to my 2-week 3-credit college term, but last class is Wednesday and then I'll be able to get back to my usual routine! I can't wait.
Monday - unclear. I haven't done anything yet which means it's unlikely that I will do anything. Hopefully I'll motivate myself to go for a walk to get my steps in, since I didn't make my step goal yesterday due to nasty white stuff outside.
Tuesday - half marathon training, stretching
Wednesday - a nice, long walk to get my steps in
Thursday - half marathon training, stretching
Friday - pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class (yay, I've missed my classes!!)
Saturday - half marathon training, stretching, lifting
Sunday - yoga and a nice, long walk to get my steps in

sunday. Back home I go.
