Hello. I had my surgery about 4 years ago. did Pilates for quiet a long time, but after my back surgery, and my chronic pain not only from that but as well as my Fybromyalgia, I am in a good deal of pain. I need to lose about 15lbs that i've gained after having my gallbladder removed. What type of exercise would be good for my body to start up with to help it get stronger, and as time goes by, I can do more and more the stronger i get. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Angelic

I've had two back surgeries in the last 1.5 yrs and still deal with pain. I've found walking extremely therapeutic. And water workouts. I did PT in the pool. And I like to swim. Sometimes my back does hurt in the pool but my PT says it's ok to push through as long as it's not a certain kind of pain. Swimming is a good full body workout too.
