Exercise Ball

I just got a new static strength ball, and I have no idea where to start. As you can imagine, I'm not very flexible or anything so I have no idea.

There are lots of great websites out there - google "how to use a swiss ball."  I'm currently working through the New Rules of Lifting plan and I use the ball mainly for crunches and bridges.  It's also fun to sit on instead of a chair, since it forces better posture.  And it's really fun just to sit on it and bounce.
