Signed up for my fourth half marathon in March so going to be going heavy on running for next few months. I am also thinking of doing a full Marathon in May!!!!

Yay for half marathon training! I'm still doing my 2-week psych class, which changes my regular exercise program a bit.
Monday - walk around campus after class
Tuesday - running, stretching
Wednesday - walk around campus, lifting
Thursday - running, stretching
Friday - walk around campus, lifting
Saturday - running, stretching
Sunday - lifting, walk around development
One of my goals for the year is to get 5000 steps a day. Which is why I'm taking the random walks. It's hard to get steps in when I'm spending 5 hours in class each day!

Today was a typical day...It changes every day. Took the garbage cans out to the driveway. Drove to a rental, filled up their trash cans with garbage from the farm. Then pruned a tree...Filled up the whole (green recyclable) garbage can. I used a hand saw, so a lot of physical work. Later I rode my bicycle to the coffee shop (cup of beef vegetable soup and some hot tea). 2 1/2 miles each way. Of course the wind changed directions on me!! Riding into the wind both ways...
