Monday-Kettle Bell Class

Tuesday-4 Mile Run

Wednesday-HIIT

Thursday-5 Mile run

Friday-Celebrating New Years!

Monday - Rest Day

Tuesday- 4.5 mile run

Wednesday - 4.5 mile run/ 1 hour work out with trainer

Thursday = 4.5 mile run

Friday 5 mile run

Saturday - Rest Day

Sunday - 10 mile beach run

Thurs - airport walking (rest day)

Sat - 60 min Sports conditioning class
