Weekly workouts January 4, 2016
Hi.. Good schedule of exercise...I appreciate it ..but how can you manage time and body?? I also registered myself for my first triathlon named New York Running Expo and I think I should also follow this week wise exercise. I will try to maintain this routine from tomorrow morning. Thanks so much for this helpful post.
Finished moving to a new town so I have to find new running routes. This morning's was dog filled and at 4:30 AM they were causing a ruckus.
Monday-5 mile run
Tuesday- PT for my hip and rest.
Wednesday-8 mile run
Thursday-PT for hip
Friday-5 mile run
Saturday-17 mile run
Sunday-8 mile run

Tuesday- 4.5 mile run
Wednesday- 4.5 mile run, 1 hr. trainer
Thursday- 4.5 run
Friday-4.5 mile run, 1 hr trainer

Not sure how the next few weeks will work out since I'm taking a very compressed course for college. Psych 101 in two weeks - 5 hours in class every week day, plus lots of homework outside of class! Oh. And I have a kidney stone that is sapping my will to live.
