Weekly Workout
One good thing about exercising at 4:30 AM is no matter the season, no one else is up that early. This means even if I have guests in town and plans for the day I can still work out. Might sacrifice some sleep but with small kids, it was going to be sacrificed anyway.

Hi everyone! I'm a little late this week... but here is what I have done/will do. :)
Monday - walked... had a Christmas dinner for my husband's work
Tuesday - ran 2 miles and then did weights
Wednesday - ran a 5k and stretched (my knees have been bothering me... not when I am running, but afterwards. Weird.)
Thursday - walk and weights
Friday - run
Saturday - run
Sunday - walk around Six Flags Holiday in the Park (and coasters of course!)
It is definitely very challenging getting workouts in with so many other commitments. Doing my best to find a balance this year.
