Hello All-

 

Last week did not go as planned. Ended up not being able to do planned exercise on Thursday or Friday. Still ended up getting to work out 5 out of 7 days..not too shabby.

This week:

Monday-Kettle Bell 1 hour class

Tuesday-Spin Class

Wednesday-4 mile run

Thursday-Total Body Conditioning

Friday-Spin Class

Saturday-Body Pump

Sunday-6 mile run

How are you gonna be healthy??

Ran 12 miles on Sunday.  Was supposed to be at an easy pace but I was feeling good so I ran a bit faster.  This morning was kind of rough.

 

Monday - Rest

Tuesday - 5 mile run

Wednesday - 6 mile run

Thursday - 5 mile run

Friday  - Weights

Saturday - First Half Marathon race.  Should be fun.

Sunday - Rest

Last week was a crummy week for me too.  I was supposed to do my usual stuff on Sunday but my stomach cramped up something fierce and I spent the day feeling miserable.  Here's to a better week.  

Monday: yoga at home
Tuesday: running, stretching, lifting
Wednesday: pilates, yoga, relaxation
Thursday: running, stretching, lifting
Friday: pilates/yoga, tai chi, pilates
Saturday: running, stretching, lifting
Sunday: yoga seminar

I'm also trying to add some pre-run yoga stretching into my life, but it's hard to convince myself to do it when I just want to get out there and run.

Tuesday - elliptical and weights

Wednesday - spin fitness class (anyone tried the non-traditional spin classes? it is crazy!)

Thursday - run

Friday - walk/rest/stretch

Saturday - 5k race
