I've also found some time at the end of each day where I'm alone in the office. I've since turned this into Doc's Super Fun Time Office Body-Weight/Yoga/Foam Roll Workout. Really helps with the sorness.

I had a good week last week including running a 10k Turkey Chase in 46:02, although I learned taking a class called Killer X training the night before is not the best prep :)
