Fall Fitness Giveaway, $293 Value
I am coming up on 5 years Post Op from RNY in December 2010. I had always been active even when I weighed close to 350 lbs. However, after surgery I have really been able to do a lot more. My favorite way to stay active is to do just that!! Stay Active. I do a variety of healthy activities from running (have run a 1/2 Marathon!!!), biking, swimming, spinning, strength training, etc. Bottom Line, I try to be active for ME and enables me to be healthier and happier!!
