My favourite way to stay active is to bootcamp.  This is something I would have NEVER said a year ago.  But, now, 200+ pounds lighter, I have discovered I like pushing my body to do things I never thought I could do.  I like seeing my muscles, which used to be hidden.  I like that I am healthier and stronger than ever before.

I love water aerobics for exercise. I also walk my dogs everyday.

I've just started walking every day, I walk my daughter to school in the morning (a half mile away) then walk back to get her home in the afternoon. I also started doing her cosmic kids yoga videos with her and she's way better at it than I am, but I'm getting there. I've got a brand new gym membership but I haven't gone yet, kind of nervous to go  soon enough..that'll be next by bravery is growing by the minute!

My favorite way to stay active is to play racquetball. Gets my aggression out and burns a ton of calories.

I find several ways to get fitness in. Beings I've had two failed back surgeries, I am limited on what I can do, but I CAN do what I set my mind and focus on staying fit. I walk every day, even if its only 20 minutes at a time. I will also, do squats, walk up stairs, leg lifts, anything I can do to stay active. I always say " a body in motion stays in motion!" So I always stay up doing something..which is what has helped me shed 95 pounds in 6 months

I love to do yoga to be active.  You get stretching, cardio and weightlifting in all at the same time.  It keeps you healthy and limber.
