KICKBOXING!!!   I have discovered it is a wonderful full body workout - they change it up to keep your body guessing!  It's awesome!

My favorite way to stay active is to play outside with my kiddos!  We also like to take walks and ride bikes.  When weather doesn't permit I do my elliptical.

Walking.  Then walking some more.  And walking more later.

When I was SMO, walking was a nightmare for me.  Now I find it therapeutic for my body and my mind.  When the *******s try to get me down, a walk clears my head.

I like to combine resistance training for strength and follow up with a walk for aerobics.
