I like to go to the pier. Ir going shopping like Target.

I grab a  cart & walk the whole store to find the  good bargains.

My favorite way to stay active is running. Before WLS, I would have told you I hated any form of exercise and on top of that, I hated being outdoors! But now I actually love running and crave the runners high I get from it! Being healthy is a way of life :)

I do alot of walking have done a couple 5k. Going to the gym and water exercises. These are my favorite ways of exercise.

My husband and I have found great success just walking.  It's easy, we can do it inside or outside and we believe it's something we'll be able to continue long term for years to come.

My Favorite way to stay active is playing with my children. Outside, running around, Walking in the metroparks or the lights before Christmas at our zoo. They keep me motivated and active!
