Any type of movement for me is considered active.  I want to try harder but lack the initiative

Hi I am now 8.5 years post-op from gastric bypass (RNY) and up until recently I was terrible about keeping up with work outs. Now I have 3 options 2 can be done at home one not. First home workout videos, my favorite is PiYo which is created and sold through Team Beach body (I'm working on being a coach through them) then my good old standby that I did prior to WLS Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. So if I don't want to be inside i take my dogs out for a long good pacedwalk.

Now since I have gone from 540ish pounds down to 175lbs my new husband and I started going to a gym together,  I got a personal trainer and he is helping to get me moving in the right direction since I hurt my back in 2012.

My favorite way to stay active with walking and riding my bicycle or doing home DVDs if it's too cold outside

My favorite way to stay active is to walk.  At 4 months post surgery I am up to 3 mile 5 times a week.  I will be joining a fitness center in January and hope to start working with a personal trainer.
