My favorite way to say active is to do something fun.  I am not one to go to the gym.  I always get bored so I have stated walking, hiking and finding other activities that keep you moving and fun at the same time.

I try to walk every day with my dog, we both get a lot of enjoyment out of the scenery.

Running.  I've basically come to hate all exercise, except running.  It's like my meditation time.

My favorite way to stay active is walking.  You can do it anywhere, anytime and it doesn't cost a thing!  I have also recently enjoyed participating in group fitness classes.  FUN!

My favorite way to stay active is using the buddy system with my dear husband... we keep each other on track with our daily walking program of almost 2 miles per day, for which, we are continually building upon.  I also love my horse and being active with him!!!

Three months ago I never thought I would say this but walking is my favorite.  I love hitting the local nature center with my dog and just enjoy being outside :)

My favorite way to stay active is to take my 3 dogs out into the field for long walks. It's been beautiful this fall watching all the leaves change. I also watch On Demand exercise videos that I can do in my home. I haven't had my surgery yet. (Dec. 14th revision to RNY) so some things are hard for me to do. These videos allow me to go at my own pace and nobody else can see me. Hopefully I will feel differently in the not too distant future. I was just saying this morning I needed to purchase a scale. Weather I win or not, a big thank you for this site!! I  am on it all the time reading everyone's stories. I find it very helpful!!!
