I spend all day in an office, so my favorite way to stay active is to get outside.  I like taking long walks, and going on hiking trips. If I can get a vacation for it planned I also like to go white water rafting every so often!

I started out by walking 1 mile daily. I'm 4'11 & 260 pounds, with high blood pressure, diabetic and other issues due to my weight at that time. I had knee issues and low back pain. Now I can jog & walk 5 miles a day. My weight now is 125 pounds. 

I hope & pray I can win this wonderful prize because I can't afford these items. I lost my job and don't have a scale or other ways to check my heart rate. So this would be wonderful to have. Now my husband and children are on board with exercising and eating better. My husband started out at 425 and down to 325 now and walks 5 miles a day with me. Thank the lord! Please pick me & my family to WIN this prize!!

I recently discovered spin!! I thought, for sure, that I would never be a spin person and would never subject myself to that torture. In fact, I love it!!  And the instructor tells me that my hover/squats are awesome :) #squatsfordays #thighslikewhoa

My favorite way to stay active, is to just get my body moving and off the couch by walking and jogging daily 5 miles!!

I love walking outside!  Breathing in the fresh air clears my mind, lifts my spirit and fills me with gratitude to my Lord for his grace and mercy.

I have become a walker. I would like to run but bad knees. Winning all of these products would be amazing!

My favorite way to stay active is walking!  Anywhere!  Trails, treadmill, malls..  And I go to Planet Fitness 3-5 times a week..  Combining walking with bike, stairmaster and weights!!

My favorite way to stay active right now 3 weeks post-op is walking.  Thankfully though Monday I get to meet with the personal trainer at the facility we get to use for a year from our Dr and I am REALLY looking forward to that!

i live in a small town, and I just love to walk, I try for 30 min at least each day.

Walking reminds me how good my body feels now, how easy it is to move now.

Walking because I want to, not because I have to...
