I started out by walking 1 mile daily. I'm 4'11 & 260 pounds, with high blood pressure, diabetic and other issues due to my weight at that time. I had knee issues and low back pain. Now I can jog & walk 5 miles a day. My weight now is 125 pounds.
I hope & pray I can win this wonderful prize because I can't afford these items. I lost my job and don't have a scale or other ways to check my heart rate. So this would be wonderful to have. Now my husband and children are on board with exercising and eating better. My husband started out at 425 and down to 325 now and walks 5 miles a day with me. Thank the lord! My favorite way to stay active, is to just get my body moving and off the couch by walking and jogging daily 5 miles!!

My favorite way to stay active right now 3 weeks post-op is walking. Thankfully though Monday I get to meet with the personal trainer at the facility we get to use for a year from our Dr and I am REALLY looking forward to that!
