Where I live my favorite way to stay active is to walk my 2 dogs.. a 4 year old malamute husky mix and an 8 month old Siberian husky.

My favorite way to stay active is to take loooong walks with my husband after dinner. Helps us de-stress, digest, and catch up!!

My favorite way to stay active is to take my bounding two year old yellow lab for a brisk walk while she is on my hip leash and I am using my walking poles.  I have to pray for no squirrels or adorable little children, or if we do encounter them, that I remain on my feet !!!  LOL !!

I love to swim lengths. Weather permitting I also bike as much as possible. WLS has given me the ability to do so many things now

My favorite way to stay active is by doing circuit training! it combines the best of two very important worlds ... Cardio and strength training!

My favorite way to stay active is Zumba. You've never seen someone who can't dance really get down and into it until you've seen me at Zumba! In May I'm moving and will be search for a new Zumba group, but if I can't find one there is always walking the dogs along the beautiful county roads.

My favorite way to stay active is walking. I love to walk along the KATY Trail, around the neighborhood and so on.
