I keep active by hiking. I love to hike Arizona during the winter. During the summer I try to stay in doors and do Zumba or other group classes.

I get in a 30 minute walk as many days as possible during my lunch break. Gets tough when the rains come (Portland, Oregon) but I trudge through it.
My other activity is riding my horse that I got after losing most of my weight. He keeps me moving all of the time. A lot of people don't think horseback riding is an activity but it uses so many of your muscles that it can be quite a workout.
My favorite way to stay active is doing Zumba classes and running. I love Step Aerobics too.
