I know that if I have to stop by home after work to change, I'll skip the gym. Having a packed and ready gym bag in the front seat gives me no excuses. I don't go home until after my work out. :)

I love walking and jogging. Every day I challenge myself and have been very surprised and proud at how much I can do. My weekly goals are to walk 5-6 days a week at least 5 miles. But every week I have hit 10 miles at least once.
Being new to WLS I am rediscovering what I like to do for exercise. Walking of course, but also swimming and water aerobics because it is easy on the knees.
