My favorite way to stay active is anyway i can get my body moving, running, trainer, dog walking, dancing in the house and the car,  just keep moving....

My favorite way to stay active is ZUMBA. Great music, awesome instructor, nice group of people...it takes away my stress and leaves me feeling GREAT......every single time!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite activity is exercising with friends doing the Silver Sneakers program three times a week.  Two days of balance, stretching and movement, and one day of chair Yoga! I am 67 years young and no longer a couch potato.

I love to swim laps or do water aerobics!  Fun & good exercise, in the water!

My favorite exercise is spinning!  I never thought I would be able to do it, but now I really love it.  I work weekly with a personal trainer and also find that I love TRX training.

My favorite way to stay active is to get the kids involved. Not only am I helping myself but also encouraging and shaping their future by being a good role model , sharing  my attention and love and by keeping it fun.

My favorite way to stay active is walking (1.5 miles daily) as I haven't been cleared for anything else yet by my surgeon. I am looking forward to taking Zumba and doing some weight training very soon. After being sedentary for so many years, it's exciting to look forward to moving!

My favorite way to stay active is to walk every night after work, my days are busy but still make time. We also have work related competitions too! I joined a gym last Dec and go there on the weekends. When shopping I park faaar in the parking lot so I walk further.
